A: We offer both Private Tours and Group Tours. Private Tours are fully customizable, while Group Tours follow a fixed itinerary.

Q: Is there a minimum number of participants?
A: Private tours can be arranged for as few as one person. Group tours may require a minimum number depending on the program.

A: The tour price includes transportation, licensed guide services, entrance fees stated in the itinerary, and other listed services.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No. All prices are transparent and clearly explained before booking. There are no hidden fees.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
- Secure payment via PayPal (credit card, Visa Debit, or PayPal account)
- Multiple currencies accepted including THB, USD, and EUR
- Bank transfer via PayPal available (PayPal registration required)
- International bank transfer accepted in THB only
Q: Do I need to pay in full in advance?
A: Payment terms depend on the tour type. Some tours require a deposit, while others require full payment.

Q: Can I change my travel date?
A: Yes, you can. This applies to travel services within Thailand only.
Please inform us at least 48 hours before your scheduled travel date.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure will incur a 50% charge.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will incur a 100% charge.
- In case of illness, cancellation fees may be waived upon presentation of a valid medical certificate. Approval is subject to the company’s review.
This cancellation policy applies to tours operated within Thailand only.
Q: What happens in case of bad weather?
A: We may adjust the itinerary or reschedule the tour to ensure safety and comfort.
What happens if my booking is canceled by the operator?
We will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose an alternative option or receive a full refund.
